When we first began the planning stages of the Village, we set out to create a high visibility local and tourist destination that would be a perfect location for an existing small business or a wonderful opportunity for those that always had a dream that needed the right home.  We wanted to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where you are able to spend a little time shopping, dining out, or just being able to take a few minutes out of a hectic day to sit and enjoy the peaceful sounds of our waterfall that is sure to help soothe the soul.  In a world of bigger, faster, and quicker we decided to take a different approach to its  design and size. 

It's a place where smaller and intimate create the perfect mood!

As the Village grows we plan on adding the enjoyment of seasonal entertainment, such as concerts and festivals. Our goal is to be original and unique. We have combined established area businesses such as Jack Brown's,  who has expanded from their well known Harrisonburg location to the new "single wide" here at the Village as well as Moosie's Mountain Mercantile. We welcome and are excited to introduce Virginia Cottage,  A Perfect 10 Nail Salon,  Fat Bottom Crepes and the Sausage Shack. You won't find any "big box" stores here, but you will find shops that welcome your visit and appreciate your business.  So, we invite you to come visit over and over again because you are always welcome here!

As the Village is springing to life we welcome you to experience a spot that will hopefully become an area favorite and a definite repeat visit while in our beautiful Valley.  We hope you all enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed building it for you.  We look forward to seeing you there!!
